If you are unable to get into us, live in a different area, or country, have a home gym you want to utilize, or just want to train on your own time - this is the option for you.

WHAT WE OFFER

One-on-one instruction that incorporates fitness assessments, goal setting, and exercise education 100% online.

Following a complimentary 1:1 session, your coach will design a challenging workout program specifically for your needs that is accessible to your ability, and access to equipment, and that is going to push you towards the goals you have discussed. 

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Our online training is for everyone. If you want a results-driven plan created just for you, this is the program you need. Online it is perfect for anyone who works long hours and cannot get to classes, those who travel a lot, busy Mums who don't have childcare, home gymers, those who don't live in the area, and people who are members of a gym but just need a plan that is going to work for them.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF ONLINE COACHING? 

You can achieve your goals at your own time and pace - you are given your program to do when you want.

However, with not having set times and days to meet with your coach every workout there will be an increase in accountability, which can be a good thing and helps set you up for consistency and commitment.

With online coaching you get 1:1 attention, you are supported thoroughly and your progress is monitored regularly.  

Your personalized program will create a lifetime of wellness that you know you can sustain, no matter where you are. 

WILL I GET THE SAME RESULTS AS IN PERSON?

Yes! At the end of the day, the results from working with a trainer online versus in person should be the same. If you listen to your coach, top as they say, stay consistent, committed, and honest, you are going to achieve everything you set out to, and more. 

But you have to put in the work.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The number of sessions per week is up to you, depending on your goals, availability, and how quickly you want to see results - we recommend 1x/wk, 2x/wk, or 3x/wk.

Communication is key to ensuring you understand everything given to you and have the support you need.  Communication is done via text or by phone with multiple check-ins throughout the week when you share your developing goals and experiences to make sure your plan is evolving with your progress.  

DO YOU NEED EQUIPMENT?

Depending on what equipment you have access to will determine the type of programming created for you.
Everything we do is catered for you personally; your ability, your goals, and the equipment/ lack of equipment you have.  If you do not have any equipment, that's okay, we can still provide you with awesome body-weighted exercises. If you have dumbbells/kettlebells, rowers or, if you have access to an entire gym,  we will will add what you have to your program.

You do not need anything to be able to start online coaching with us. Just a 'can-do attitude' is all that is required.
