OPEN GYM
Open Gym gives our members access to a full range of machinery as well as free-weights and gymnastic rigs to train when, and how they want. Open Gym membership includes app access to some of our training programs such as: METCON, FLEX & GO.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Functional Training is purposeful exercise that translates to activities and everyday movements outside of the gym. It helps your body's ability to move efficiently as one unit. Train in a friendly and encouraging group with our highly experienced coaches.
HYROX
HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
Accommodating both professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level, HYROX is the sport for everybody.
HYROX classes will have its own type of programming. As we continue to grow, we will be putting together an in-house competition for all to participate in.
PERSONAL TRAINING
If you are looking for something more personal and tailored to your individual needs, 1:1 sessions are available. Want to make new workout buddies? We have semi-private training for you!
Personal Training is perfect for those with a particular goal, are training for a special event, or just want to build confidence before joining group classes.
