Our 60-minute METCON class is high-intensity training at its finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and Olympic lifts. Every day brings something new. This is what makes this program our most popular.

GROUP CLASSES - HYROX
HYROX is the ultimate fitness challenge that pushes athletes to their limits. Combining elements of functional fitness, endurance, and teamwork, HYROX events consist of eight different workouts, including running and functional exercises like sled pushes and burpees. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey ,HYROX offers a thrilling and rewarding experience that will test your strength, stamina and determination.

OPEN GYM
OPEN GYM gives athletes access to the facility outside of our timetable classes to train when, and how they want. This membership option is ideal for those with busy lives who can not commit to our schedule or have specific areas they want to focus on. We do not recommend OPEN GYM to athletes new to the gym as this is not coached and is only supervised during gym opening times.
