MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

OPEN GYM

Enjoy access to our Open Gym any time between 5 am - 10 pm Monday to Friday and 6 am-8 pm on weekends as well as the sauna and cold tub.

ALL-ACCESS MEMBERSHIP

Our All-Access membership gives you access to Open Gym, METCON classes, sauna and cold tub.

WHAT WE OFFER

GROUP CLASSES

Our functional training group classes are programmed for training 3x a week. High intensity, weightlifting, and body conditioning focusing on form and technique to ensure you get the very best out of every class, physically and mentally.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Our semi-private membership offers a personalized and focused approach to your fitness journey. By limiting each session to a small group of 2-4 individuals, we ensure that our experienced coaches can tailor the programming to better suit your unique goals and abilities allowing for more individualized attention.

OPEN GYM

An open-door policy. If you are looking to use the gym and train on your own time, Open Gym is just that… a chance for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure to work on something specific. Every Open Gym member recieves access to our app with free programming.

TEMPORARY PASS

FWD.Fit is an open and welcoming community. We pride ourselves on learning from new athletes and sharing our passion for fitness with people from everywhere and anywhere.

Whether you are passing through town or here for a few days, FWD.Fit welcomes you to make yourself at home and train with us. We will create a bespoke package for you.

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want.When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically created for you, for your current fitness level and ability to achieve the goals we set out with you.
