MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

OPEN GYM

Enjoy access to our Open Gym any time between 5am - 10pm Monday to Friday and 6am-8pm on weekends as well as the sauna.

ALL-ACCESS MEMBERSHIP

Our All-Access membership gives you access to Open Gym, group functional training classes, HIIT, ABSolute 15-minute Abs, kickboxing and the sauna.

6-WEEK CHALLENGE

Working with a coach on a 6-week basis in either a 1:1, semi-private, or group setting to establish goals, implement healthy habits, and get results - fast. You will be guided through challenging workouts, nutrition education, mobility drills, and regular check-ins including In-Body scanning.  6-Week Challenge members also have use of the Open Gym and sauna.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING 

Our functional training group classes are programmed  for training 3x a week. High intensity, weightlifting and body conditioning focusing on form and technique to ensure you get the very best out of every class, physically and mentally.

UP TO 4 PEOPLE

Semi-private classes allow for a bespoke training programme with other athletes, the perfect option bridging group classes and personal training.

Open Gym is just that… a chance for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure to work on something specific.

PERSONAL TRAINING 

Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want.

When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically created for you, for your current fitness level and ability to achieve the goals we set out with you.

FWD.Fit is an open and welcoming community. We pride ourselves on learning from new athletes and sharing our passion for fitness with people from everywhere and anywhere.

Whether you are passing through town or here for a few days, FWD.Fit welcomes you to make yourself at home and train with us. We will create a bespoke package for you.
