As a high school and college athlete, Carolina has always dedicated her time to working out and taking care of herself. To her, going to the gym is her happy place and she looks forward to sharing that with you.

Carolina started CrossFit in the summer of 2014 and has never looked back. Being a part of a class keeps her motivated and the comradery of FWDFit is what keeps her part of our family!
Carolina was the Associate Director of Athletics and the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Sacred Heart Greenwich for 8 years, where she worked with student-athletes from 5th grade through 12th grade. She is a dedicated mom to a 3-year-old little girl and understands that balancing life is not easy but necessary.
Carolina’s enthusiasm for helping others is infectious – she is so excited to meet you and see you improve every single day.

Michael Smith is 51 and is in the best shape of his life.
He has been a personal trainer and pastor for over 20 years, an adjunct professor of science/nutrition for over a decade, and has been a professional model since 1995 - his chief objective is to help everyone thrive physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Michael’s love for fitness and competition, coupled with his years in the fashion industry, has given him a unique understanding of how to improve physiques, gain strength, maximize athleticism, and reduce the chance of injury, in turn helping his clients look and feel their best.
Michael also specializes in helping high school and collegiate athletes put on lean mass - in just 2 years he has helped his son Rider (16) gain over 35 pounds of muscle!

Greg was a multi-sport athlete growing up focusing on lacrosse. Greg played up until college when he was forced to stop through injury. Although heartbreaking, this is when Greg found his passion for fitness after going through physical therapy post-surgery on his knee.
Unable to play sports, Greg found CrossFit to fulfill his competitive nature competing in major team and individual events such as the Commonwealth Championships in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, The Granite Games in 2016, and Wodapalooza in 2017,2018 and 2019.
Although Greg loves competing, he is very passionate about coaching. Qualifying with his CF-L1 in 2015 shortly after being introduced to the sport, he has added his USA weightlifting level 2 certification and Precision Nutrition qualification to his armory to be able to help you with your lifts and diet.
Greg is an uplifting and motivating coach who has dedicated his life to making a lasting difference in people's lives through health and wellness

Tyler is a fitness enthusiast for the past 13 years and a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Starting out with bodybuilding Tyler transitioned to functional training around 2018 to bring a more dynamic aspect to his routine. After 4 years of training this way he took a brief hiatus to concentrate on advancing his Olympic weightlifting skills.
Returning to functional fitness through a comprehensive full-body program last year, Tyler has regained his enjoyment of training this way and teaches others how different methods of training can enhance their physical and mental wellbeing.
Tyler is a force to be reckoned with, if you have seen him training in the gym you will know!
