Greg was a multi-sport athlete growing up focusing on lacrosse. Greg played up until college when he was forced to stop through injury. Although heartbreaking, this is when Greg found his passion for fitness after going through physical therapy post-surgery on his knee.
Unable to play sports, Greg found CrossFit to fulfil his competitive nature competing in major team and individual events such as the Commonwealth Championships in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022, The Granite Games in 2016 and Wodapalooza in 2017,2018 and 2019.
Although Greg loves competing, he is very passionate about coaching. Qualifying with his CF-L1 in 2015 shortly after being introduced to the sport, he has added his USA weightlifting level 2 certification and Precision Nutrition qualification to his armoury to be able to help you with your lifts and diet.
Greg is an uplifting and motivating coach who has dedicated his life to making a lasting difference in people's lives through health and wellness.

Played youth soccer for QPR, Aldershot Town and Farnborough FC.
Elliott was born and raised in London, England. Football (soccer) was the only sport he knew and played for clubs like Queens Park Rangers, Watford, Aldershot Town, and Farnborough as well
competing in the BUC’s at University.
Elliott began coaching soccer at 16-years-old in England for his boyhood club QPR after the dream of a professional playing career was shattered by injury so focused on coaching and lifting weights to fulfill his competitive needs.
Elliott moved to New York in 2016 where he swiftly moved up the ranks at UK Elite, working locally at John Jay Futbol Club where he was promoted to Director of Coaching in 2019 - the same year he was hired at John Jay Cross River High School.
In 2020 Elliott led the Boy's Varsity Soccer Program to their first and only section 1 championship in school history and won the first trophy under the ‘Wolves’ Mascot.
Partnering with longtime friend Mike Alexander at Elev8 Athletics, Elliott is excited for the future of EAFC and JJCR.
The 3 pillars to Elliott’s coaching are simple; work hard, have fun and learn.
