Mark is an Australian former professional Rugby League player with over a decade of experience playing in Queensland, New South Wales, across Europe, and within the USA. Mark also represented the USA national Rugby League team in the 2013 & 2017 World Cup, captaining the team in the 2017 campaign.
Growing up within the competitive sporting world, Mark has always had an acute interest in health and wellness, he is particularly passionate about prevention techniques and bulletproofing bodies through nutrition and training.
Mark has been working in the industry for 13 years around the world alongside his rugby career and most recently opened the first gym in 2018 in Rural Queensland Australia, and then moved on to New York to open NCFIT Armonk in 2020 which became FWD/Fitness Armonk in 2021.
Mark specializes in all things functional fitness from fat loss to muscle gain and sports-specific training.
Mark is dedicated to his trade, and to his clients. He really does want to make the world a healthier and fitter place.

Greg was a multi-sport athlete growing up focusing on lacrosse. Greg played up until college when he was forced to stop through injury. Although heartbreaking, this is when Greg found his passion for fitness after going through physical therapy post-surgery on his knee.
Unable to play sports, Greg found CrossFit to fulfil his competitive nature competing in major team and individual events such as the Commonwealth Championships in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022, The Granite Games in 2016 and Wodapalooza in 2017,2018 and 2019.
Although Greg loves competing, he is very passionate about coaching. Qualifying with his CF-L1 in 2015 shortly after being introduced to the sport, he has added his USA weightlifting level 2 certification and Precision Nutrition qualification to his armoury to be able to help you with your lifts and diet.
Greg is an uplifting and motivating coach who has dedicated his life to making a lasting difference in people's lives through health and wellness.

As a high school and college athlete, Carolina has always dedicated her time to working out and taking care of herself. To her, going to the gym is her happy place and she looks forward to sharing that with you.

Carolina started CrossFit in the summer of 2014 and has never looked back. Being a part of a class keeps her motivated and the comradery of FWDFit is what keeps her part of our family!
Carolina was the Associate Director of Athletics and the Director of Strength & Conditioning at Sacred Heart Greenwich for 8 years, where she worked with student-athletes from 5th grade through 12th grade. She is a dedicated mom to a 3-year old little girl, and understands that balancing life is not easy but necessary.
Carolina’s enthusiasm for helping others is infectious – she is so excited to meet you and see you improve every single day.

Nick has been kickboxing and boxing since the age of 13 having been mentored by world number 3 Elvis Gashi and now finds himself setting up base at FWD.Fit Katonah.
A professional fighter, and one of New York's highest ranked kickboxers, Nick coaches other professionally carded fighters as well as amateurs, kick-fit classes and law enforcement training.
Nick's training programs are for everyone, from children to seniors, helping people develop sound boxing/kickboxing technique, learning important self defense, and improving quality of life by elevating overall health through a fun and exciting skill.
A fantastic way to install discipline, kickboxing/ boxing will not only get you fitter physically, but train your mind , build your confidence, and make you stronger in every possible way.

He has been personal trainer and pastor for over 20 years, an adjunct professor of science/nutrition for over a decade, and has been a professional model since 1995
Michael’s love for fitness and competition, coupled with his years in the fashion industry, have given him a unique understanding of how to gain strength, improve athleticism, reduce the chance of injury, all while helping his clients feel and look their best. His goal is to help people find the balance of both being strong, feeling strong, AND looking strong.

Jenna's acute interest in health and wellness started at a young age. As a competitive athlete through school (netball, hockey, 100m, high jump & long jump), a fashion & lingerie model for over 15 years and ballet dancer of 20 years, Jenna has always had to take care of her physical health and appearance.
However, despite looking fit and well externally, with so much pressure on appearance in such competitive environments, her mental health suffered - this is when she discovered yoga.
Jenna's first experience with yoga was on holiday in Turkey, it struck a chord but that was her first and last class for many years, until she was forced to hang up her pointe shoes due to injury and started to attend classes to feed her desire to move her body but also calm her mind from a busy job in fashion marketing.
A relocation to the Australian bush prompted Jenna's passion to provide a service that would nourish, care for, and make everyone feel better about themselves... and so embarked on a trip to Bali where she spent a month immersed within the yogic culture and amongst some of the most inspiring people to qualify as a yoga teacher.
At the same time, Jenna discovered CrossFit and fell in love with the challenge and discovery of what the body can do. After 5 years of proving to herself what a difference training in this way can make, she took her CF-L1.
Jenna is passionate about helping others become the healthiest and happiest version of themself.
Michelle is a practicing NYS Licensed Massage Therapist for 8 years. She has experience in a variety of regenerative modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, lymphatic, CTT, prenatal, and sport massage.
“Pain can be debilitating and we all experience it at some point in our lives. I feel privileged to be able to provide a service that relieves pain and can potential rehabilitate injuries. Being a Licensed Massage Therapist is the most rewarding job, especially when my clients can feel the difference.”
Growing up she was very immersed in the health and wellness community. “My mother was a personal Trainer and yoga instructor so I loved to watch her teach and learn about the strengths and weaknesses of the human body.”
